SHIPPING
Online orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days using Australia Post. We aim to pick & pack orders as fast as possible – weekend, public holiday may delay packaging, reassure we will do our very best to get all order out as fast as we can!
We ship Australia wide with shipping at $11.95 for Standard postage $19.95 for express.
All our postage services include tracking. This tracking number should arrive to you via email. If you have not received it please email us at georgeslollyhouse@gmail.com with any questions.
Unfortunatly we cannot be responsible for and cannot provide refunds for shipping delays beyond our control including natural disasters, weather conditions or delivery delays from couriers. Please make sure that you place your orders 2 weeks before needing the items to ensure it arrives on time. We will do our best to get all items shipped ASAP. you can also pickup your order from our Market stall located at Gleadell Street market, Richmond. We are open from 7am to 1 pm every Saturday.
In some cases, it may occur that an item listed as available is in fact not in stock due to a system error. We apologise if this occurs and we will refund this item so we can send out your goods as soon as possible.

Refund policy
Returns
If however there is an issue with the item or order please contact us via email to georgeslollyhouse@gmail.com
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
In some cases, it may occur that an item listed as available is in fact not in stock. We apologise if this occurs and we will refund this item so we can send out your goods as soon as possible.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet and you havecheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company or bank it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Hot Weather (if applicable)
Please be mindful when ordering during the warmer months as George’s lolly house will not be responsible for any spoilage, melts etc.
Best Before Dates (if applicable)
Best before dates are used as a guide and most of our products are fine to be sold and consumed past this date.
Products sold after the best before date are listed as clearance at half price and the date is specified on the product listing.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at georgeslollyhouse@gmail.com and return address will be provided
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
